I am having trouble running Presentation Macros V4.1ppt located on the CD-ROM.

Check to see that the appropriate security settings in PowerPoint are set to Medium or Low. These settings can be lowered in PowerPoint in the following order: Tools > Macro > Security. Once you have adjusted the security, restart PowerPoint to make sure that the changes were applied. We suggest that you read about the security levels in PowerPoint under the Microsoft PowerPoint Help index. Medium is the recommended setting for use with our macros. This gives you the option to Enable or Disable any macros each time you open a PowerPoint file.
